                               RESOLUTION NO. 20015
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE
                   OFFICER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
                   TELEMANAGEMENT, INC., TO PROVIDE CITY-WIDE
                   TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES FOR
                   THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1994 TO DECEMBER 31,
                   1994, AT A FEE OF TWO THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED
                   DOLLARS ($2,400.00) PER MONTH PLUS
                   REASONABLE EXPENSE.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Finance Officer be and is
       hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Telemanagement, 

       Inc., to provide telecommunications consulting services for the
       City for the period January 1, 1994 to December 31, 1994; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the fee for such services
       shall be $2,400.00 per month plus reasonable expenses as included 

       in the contract and as limited by the travel policy of the City 
of
       Chattanooga.  Scope of the work to be done is as specified in
       Resolution No. 19883 adopted on June 29, 1993 and as contained in 

       the agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by
       reference.
